Up to 6 guests (Three Queen Bedrooms)
Terms & Conditions
- Tariffs are valid from 1/6/2021, are inclusive of GST, and are subject to change without notice. Enquire for tariff rates during the Country Music Festival and long weekends.
- Minimum Stay: Two nights unless otherwise stated during long weekends and Country Music events.
- Confirming your Reservation: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Balance of payment required prior to your arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings cannot be cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
- Damage and Breakages: Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay.
- Cleaning Fee: If the premises are left in an unacceptable manner, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Check-in: From 2pm. Access instructions and key safe number will be sent to you once full payment is received.
- Check-out: By 10am.
- Smoking: No smoking inside please.
- Pets: Sorry, but we do not allow pets.
